All Things Detroit, a quarterly showcase of a small businesses, is back in Eastern Market this weekend.

On Sunday, November 1 in Eastern Market’s Shed 3 more than 80 businesses will be there from noon-6pm. There will be Detroit-themed artwork, handmade furniture, jewelry, apparel and even the chance to participate in interactive demonstrations such as Zumba and Detroit ballroom dancing. Some companies we’ve previously featured on Daily Detroit will be there, including Breathe In Detroit.

All Things Detroit’s attendance usually is in the thousands, with people coming from across the state to enjoy what Detroit has to offer.

“We think this will be our best All Things Detroit yet,” said Jennyfer Crawford, organizer of the event and owner of local event marketing firm Ask Jennyfer.

According to organizers, what makes All Things Detroit different from your typical trade show is that they showcase small businesses in a way that’s more fun and exciting, exposing Detroit’s best-kept secrets when it comes to products and retailers.

In the spirit of togetherness, small businesses collaborate to encourage the community to shop local. However, you do need tickets to get into this one, and you can pick them up here.
