The film 'The Theory of Everything' was played on a Saturday night in Campus Martius Park. The film was showed on a big outdoor screen for 'Faygo Movie Night in the D' - part of the Summer in the Park series.

Faygo is bringing Hollywood to Detroit every Saturday night throughout the summer thanks to the Faygo Movie Nights in the D series.

The weekly movie screenings happen in Campus Martius Park and are free to those who attend. Bring those lawn chairs and blankets to sit on.

There will be concessions for purchase.

There are three family friendly films being shown throughout the summer. Those films will also offer a pre-screening party for kids.

Showtime starts at 8:00 p.m. each night.

July 15Rogue One: A Star Wars Story

Intergalactic: A Kidz Show Party 6 p.m – 8 p.m. There will be Star Wars games, costumes, and crafts for kids.

July 22: La La Land

July 29: No screening

August 5: Moana

Moana’s Treasure Hunt Adventure: A Kidz Show Party 6 p.m – 8 p.m. Kids will go on a treasure hunt through Campus Martius Park to find prizes.

August 12: Lion

August 19: Sing 

Shine! Discover Your Inner Star: A Kidz Show Party 6 p.m – 8 p.m. – Kids will be able to have mini classes in singing, acting, and dance with the Mosaic Youth Theatre, Matrix Theater Co., and MAC Talent Agency.

Campus Martius Park is located at 800 Woodward Avenue in Detroit.
