Hey there, all you movers and shakers.

It seems hard to believe that we are already almost finished with March. We’ve had a lot of great networking events throughout the month, and this month is no different.

Let’s get to the round up.

Workshop: Building Powerful Connections

The Michigan Association for Female Entrepreneurs will be holding a workshop on building powerful connections on Tuesday, March 27.

The workshop will go over how you can not only communicate but connect with people. Which will help you succeed in business.

This is also a perfect time to network with other entrepreneurs.

Tickets for the event are $20 for members of MAFE or $35 for non-members.

When: Tuesday, March 27 from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

DYP Presents: Development Through Disruption

The Detroit Young Professionals organization will be putting on a seminar on Tuesday night at ASHE Supply Company.

The theme for the night is creating a plan for the goals you want to achieve through the art of personal disruption.

The night will feature Marlowe Stoudamire the owner of Butterfly Effect Detroit. He will be speaking about how he used the principles from the book Disrupt You! by Jay Samit to align with his professional life.

Tickets for the event are $25 and that includes hors d’oeuvres, tea and coffee.

When: Tuesday, March 27 from 6:30 p.m.-8:30 p.m.

Design Guide for Neighborhood Business: University District Info Session

If you own a brick and mortar business in Detroit and need help with interior design, website design or brand identity Design Core Detroit is here to help.

Design Core Detroit will be holding a series of Design Guides fro Neighborhood Businesses around Detroit.

This week the info session will be at Detroit Sip near the University District.

The session is free to attend.

Grand Circus Bootcamp Info Session

If you are interested in learning how to code, you should check out the next Grand Circus Bootcamp Info Session.

During the info session you will learn about the different types of programs Grand Circus offers, the difference between full and part time programs, and the bootcamp training model.

Free Shelby Township Networking Event 

Hey all you Macomb County residents this networking event is for you.

On Thursday evening Rockstar Connect will be hosting a networking event at Boston’s on Hall Road.

Bring your business cards and get ready to meet and mingle.

This event is free and there will be complementary appetizers. There will be a cash bar.
