# FAIL: Watch As A Drone Crashes Into The Steeple Of St. Florian In Hamtramck

Make sure your drone has signal when you’re flying it high near a church, or it could meet an untimely end.

This drone bit it in an epic way, according to the Youtuber [alexandr pugachov](https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCUpDTc4-pcUGATMOpSV2KYA?ref=dailydetroit.com) causing $400 of damage to his drone and GoPro Black 4 camera on it after it lost signal and went into “go home” mode.

Although the video says downtown Detroit you can see in the very beginning of the short, less-than-a-minute video the towers of the Rencen in the distance and since we’re so very close the unmistakable and ornate steeple of St. Florian in Hamtramck that the drone crashes into.
