Despite a steady trickle of leaked recordings of him [being horrible](http://www.dailydetroit.com/2019/10/25/why-voters-stick-with-warren-mayor-jim-fouts-with-vices-trevor-bach-plus-what-know-around-detroit/), Warren Mayor Jim Fouts was re-elected to a fourth term on Tuesday. 

On today’s show, we talk about and what it says about Warren.
