# Sfumato Fragrances & NYC Chef Tessa Liebman Host Two Evenings Of Sensory Dining At POST

The new [housewares and gift store POST](http://www.dailydetroit.com/2017/10/06/new-retail-design-production-space-opening-october-11-jefferson-chalmers/) in the Jefferson-Chalmers neighborhood has just opened. But they have a great event lined up for later this month.

The new store will serve as a backdrop for pop up dinner which will feature a collaboration between Detroit based [Sfumato Fragrances](https://sfumatofragrances.com/?ref=dailydetroit.com) and New York City Chef and Caterer Tessa Liebman of [Methods & Madness](http://www.methodsandmadness.net/?ref=dailydetroit.com).

The dinner will feature five courses that will pair food and drink with Sfumato’s scents.

The menu includes dishes like fish cured with citrus and ylang-ylang, mocha valentino mole, fall soup and rose and lavender, apple sweet spiked with frankincense and black pepper.

The produce will be provided by Recovery Park. Which is a nonprofit that creates jobs for people who might not be able to get employment elsewhere.

A portion of the proceeds will benefit Recovery Park.
