# Wellness Through Art Exhibition At Redford Library

Returning to the Redford Township District Library again this year, the 4th annual ‘Wellness Through Art’ Exhibition will present a public showing of this year’s creations on Tuesday, May 19 from 12:00 to 7:00 p.m.

The Wellness Through Art initiative is offered each spring to Development Center clients as an inventive way for them to learn how to freely express themselves and connect with others.

Development Centers is a nonprofit whose mission is committed to improving the lives of individuals, families, and the community by meeting their behavioral health, human and vocational needs through a continuum of prevention, intervention, treatment, and training services.

One of their most novel innovations has been the development of a series of artist led workshops that provide participants with hands-on experiences specially designed to bring out their inner creativity and artistic expression.
