Pierogi is a tasty, tasty dish. And a Pierogi Palooza sounds like a little slice of Polish heaven.

This Friday – June 3 – the Polish American Congress Michigan Division is throwing Pierogi Palooza at the Polish National Alliance Council 122 Hall in Hamtramck.

Pierogi Palooza will feature more than a dozen different varieties of pierogi, which means you’ll just have to try them all.

If for some reason you’re coming to Pierogi Palooza and you’re pierogi-ed out, there also will be Polish kielbasa and desserts for purchase.

The proceeds go to the Polish American Congress, an organization that helps unite and push forward the interests of the local polish community through events, advocacy, scholarships and more.

In order to get in to the fun, there’s a $2 cover charge. The event will be held from 4 p.m. until 12 a.m. at 10211 Conant in Hamtramck. Pre-sale tickets are not available.
