The Capuchin Ministries do a lot of good around metro Detroit between the work at the Capuchin Soup Kitchen, Children’s Program, and On the Rise Bakery.

On Friday, January 26 Shelving, Inc. will be hosting the sixth annual Bocce with the Brothers benefit to raise money for the Capuchin Brothers.

The benefit will be held at Villa Penna in Sterling Heights.

The event will have a buffet dinner, unlimited bocce ball, live music and entertainment and silent auction. Speed painter Dave Santia will create several original pieces of art during the event and they will be sold to the highest bidder during a live auction.

You will also get an opportunity to get to know the Brothers of the Capuchin Monastery, while playing bocci ball.

Tickets for the benefit are $50 per person and 100% of the proceeds will go towards the Capuchin Ministries.

You can purchase tickets by calling the Capuchin development office at (313) 579-2100, EXT 153 or Mike Schodowski at (248) 318-7655.
