Detroit Area Woman In Running To Be Co-Host For A Day On "LIVE with Kelly" Show

Have you ever watched a daytime TV show and thought, “well, I could do that!?” A woman from our area is going for it and you could help make it happen.

LIVE with Kelly, a morning television show hosted by Kelly Ripa (and airs locally on WXYZ channel 7 at 9:00 a.m. each weekday), is having a contest for someone to be co-host for a day and a Detroit area woman is in the final 20.

Macomb Township resident Erin Winters, who also as a day job is the “Spokester” for Michigan First Credit Union, entered into a contest that the TV show is doing to find a co-host for a day. The winner is determined by votes, and that’s where you come in. You can vote once a day on the show Facebook page up until 11:59 p.m. this Sunday, October 9. The field will be then paired down to 10.

Check out her entry video below. Her favorite quote is “life begins at the end of your comfort zone.” If you’re interested in voting for Erin, here’s the link.
