On Friday, hockey and Red Wings legend Gordie Howe died at the age of 88. Funeral arrangements have now been made available.

A public visitation is planned for this Tuesday, June 14 from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. at Joe Louis Arena.

The funeral will be at 11 a.m. the next day, Wednesday, at Detroit’s Cathedral of the Most Blessed Sacrament.

According to multiple reports, Howe will be cremated. His brain will not be studied for possible concussion trauma, says ESPN.
