When you think symphony, maybe you think top hats, tails, suits, and ladies in their finest.
But the Detroit Symphony Orchestra, as they’ve proved with various events before, is an orchestra of all the people – not just the fancy folk – and that’s very appropriate for our region, isn’t it?
With that in mind a brass ensemble from the Detroit Symphony Orchestra will be playing the opening day of the Milford Farmer’s Market in Oakland County this Thursday, May 5 from 7:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
The market itself, featuring all things that you’d find in a farmer’s market, will be open from 3:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. It’s located at 115 E Liberty Street in Milford.
