QUICK LOOK: Progress At The Former Salvation Army Building
As part of a larger plan to make improvements on and around its campus, DTE Energy has been at work sprucing up the former Salvation Army building on Bagley. It’s directly across from DTE Headquarters, and although it needed some repairs when it was purchased, it structurally was sound.
