Remember when French photographers were busy sharing ruinous images of the city? Well, things have changed. On Thursday, April 27, an exhibit opens in the Fisher Building featuring the work Michel Arnaud, the photographer behind a new book, “Detroit: The Dream Is Now – The Design, Art and Resurgence of an American City.” Eighteen images will be on display in the ornate lobby of the Fisher Building in New Center and the event runs from 5:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. and is free and open to the public....
