Remember that Winter Market that happened in downtown Detroit over the holidays?
Well, it turns out retail in downtown Detroit is a really popular idea with shoppers. So a version for Spring and Summer is coming back.
We caught up with reporter and regular Daily Detroit contributor Karen Dybis to talk about what’s happening in Capitol Park and Cadillac Square.
