Vancouver-based Lululemon is taking over the spot recently vacated by Kit and Ace at 1459 Woodward Avenue. The fitness and yoga clothes retailer has several suburban Metro Detroit locations, including in Birmingham, at Somerset Mall, and Twelve Oaks Mall. They’re taking the spot next to Warby Parker.
