Usually when we think of Detroit style pizza there are a handful of pizza places that come to mind right away. One of those places is Shield’s. On Tuesday, April 25 the Troy location of Shield’s will be celebrating the 25th anniversary of the Andoni brothers purchasing the pizzeria.
