Vehicles for Change in Detroit Celebrates First Recipient’s Pay Off
Paying off a car loan is a great feeling. There’s a sense of freedom as well as a feeling of ownership, as Tracey Thomas learned recently. Thomas was the first recipient of a car from Vehicles for Change, Detroit.
