Well, that didn’t take long. You might remember we recently took a look at the renovated place. Well, if you were hoping to get your hands on one of the apartments that range from a little over a grand to more than $3,000 – you’re already out of luck and need to get on the waiting list.

Also, the brand new Aloft hotel with 136 rooms in the building is already booked for opening weekend and they expect to be full for the North American International Auto Show, too.

The two bars are open downstairs if you want to take a look-see for yourself of the $94.5 million historic renovation project. The restaurant will be open in 2015.

So much for people not wanting to live or stay in Detroit.
