Sarap Detroit And Chef Aaron Egan To Collaborate On Jewish-Filipino Pop Up Dinner At Eastern Market
It’s not very often that you see Jewish cuisine fused with Filipino food, however on Monday, April 24 there will be a collaborative pop up with Sarap Detroit and chef Aaron Egan. The collaboration started after Sarap chef Jake Williams learned that 1,200 European Jews ended up in the Philippines during World War II.
